MISSION
The FINAL IMPACT campaign aims to encourage the Federal Government to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S Constitution and establish equality as a fundamental right. The campaign is time-sensitive and will be launched in all 50 states. It is essential to raise public awareness to publish the Equal Rights Amendment because all it takes is one phone call from the President to the U.S. Archivist and all Americans will be legally equal regardless of sex
FINAL IMPACT Campaign
CRISIS
Women in the United States are 52% of the population 47% of our work force is female.
They do 100 Million Hours of Unpaid Labor a Year.
9.7 Million more women voted than men in the last election.
96% of Americans believe that Men are Women ARE ALREADY EQUAL.
85% believe equality is already part of the constitution.
We need to educate them that this is not true.
One hundred years ago, in 1923, women demanded to be included in the Constitution and started fighting for equal rights.
Today we will fulfill that dream and make it a reality.
FINAL IMPACT is a time-sensitive national campaign designed to urge the Federal Government to Publish the Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which achieved the necessary 38 state ratifications in 2020, but has still not been published as the 28th Amendment.
This must happen for the courts and the country to be put on notice that the ERA is part of the U.S. Constitution.
FINAL IMPACT for the ERA will be rolled out in various phases, all to take place before the November 2024 elections.
HELP FROM US
Kat has joined the creative team to develop the visual campaign and capture powerful portraits of individuals advocating for the President to take action on ERA. We worked in partnership with Inside Out Project and artist JR to print these portraits on posters and display them on walls and buildings across the USA. To engage more people, we utilized the Inside Out Project's Photobooth to create additional portraits.
She also donated 3 fine art prints for an art auction that was live at the FOCUS Art Fair in NYC and is still available online.
WHAT CAN I DO?
There are times in history that prove to be an inflection point, a moment when society turned in one direction or another, for good or ill. We are in such a time right now and strongly urge you to do something about it, while we still can.
The publication of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) is an existential issue for American women and LGBTQ people. And one that is in our power to take control of right now – now that the ERA has been ratified. We must seize the moment and enshrine equality for all Americans, regardless of sex, into the Constitution immediately.
Stand up and fight for our equal human and civil rights.
